Gillian Kok
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST)
Rolfer, Rolf Movement Practitioner
Core Process Psychotherapist-in-training
Certified Pilates Instructor
My own journey towards healing started with Rolf Movement and Pilates and then significantly deepened with Biodynamic Craniosacral work and Core Process Psychotherapy. I was, and continue to be, very fortunate to have met some wonderful teachers and therapists who have gently guided me along my path with patience and openness. I feel like I have lived many lives, having been born and raised in Malaysia as a child and then lived in Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Spain and Canada. Professionally, I began with filmmaking and then moved on to computer systems and networking, technical writing, and translation before beginning a whole new exploration and enquiry into what health, and ultimately, what life means to me.
